The 28-year-old gained experience in the USA, among other places, before returning to his home town of Damüls, where he is responsible for the upscale gourmet cuisine at the 4* superior Hotel Alpenstern in Damüls together with Peter Bischof as the culinary dream team. His culinary signature is characterized by the use of regional products and classic dishes with a modern twist, and he is currently in the finals of Die Jungen Wilden. The JUNGEN WILDEN competition is only really spiced up when over 2,500 participants compete for this one title. Everyone wants to show what they can do - in the kitchen. But only the best chefs are allowed to do so. We send them to a tough pre-final to find the three finalists for the grand final. After all, there's something at stake: the title of YOUNG WILD, a cover story in ROLLING PIN magazine and an internship with one of the best chefs in the world.
